This bold-flavored, single-origin oil is cold-pressed in Andalusia, Spain, and is never blended with olive oils from other countries or with other types of oils. Refined olive oil has a free acidity, expressed as oleic acid, of no more. Olive oils labeled "pure olive oil" or just "olive oil" are usually refined olive oils.
